Sunset Bay RV Resort & Campground is located directly on the shores of Lake Superior in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, making it one of the oldest continuously operating campgrounds in the region since 1944. This family-favorite destination offers a mix of accommodation options including 11 tent-only sites, 35 RV-tent sites, and 3 cabins equipped with kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and supplemental gas heat. The resort features modern facilities such as bathhouses, laundry facilities, a dump station, and amenities like firewood and ice available for purchase. All sites include campfire pits, and the property offers pure reverse osmosis water throughout. Situated 7 miles north of Ahmeek off 5 Mile Point Road, Sunset Bay provides a scenic Lake Superior experience with convenient access to the Keweenaw Area.
