It has a master bedroom with an ensuite 3/4 bath, a full kitchen, and an open-concept living room and dining area. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a 3/4 bath. The Aspen House has multiple amenities, including a walk-out garden patio with grill, direct beach and dock access, and A/C in bedrooms.
