White Sands RV Resort is a newly developed RV resort located in southern Greene County, Tennessee, conveniently positioned within 50 miles of popular destinations like Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Hot Springs, Asheville, and Johnson City. The resort sits on 65 acres of scenic property featuring 20 acres of pasture with a 3-acre dog park, a natural fishing pond, and 45 acres of woodland with hiking trails. Set against the backdrop of the Smoky Mountains, the resort offers colorful seasonal changes, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and star-filled night skies. The property caters to big rigs with 11 pull-through sites accommodating RVs up to 85 feet long, all with full hookups and pond views. Amenities include a brand-new clubhouse with high-speed WiFi, two large ADA bathrooms, laundry facilities, fire pits, and a storm/tornado safe area with emergency services.
