TK Ranch Campground has been a dream for Kenny and Terri Steele for many years, that dream is now a reality and we are in our seventh year of business. We currently have 40 sites set up and ready to go with electricity. For now, bringing water hookups to the sites will remain just a pipe dream (no pun intended). But don’t let that stop you from coming! We haul water for you and your horses! We are approved and inspected regularly to haul it. We have a few pens that are on a first come first serve basis, be sure to ask for one when making a reservation! Also, we have several picnic tables and fire rings that are available by request. We think our little neck of the woods is a slice of heaven! Stop by and check us out, message us, or call Kenny (618-922-3925) to make a reservation! Please always leave a message when calling, sometimes cell reception isn’t the best out here! TK Ranch Campground is located north of Golconda, Illinois, on Lusk Road in Pope County, about ½ mile from One Horse Gap and One Horse Gap Lake. We are in the heart of a large trail system called The One Horse Gap Area. We are surrounded by mile after mile of the magnificent Shawnee National Forest. Shawnee National Forest offers new and improved trails that are well marked. We border Shawnee National Forest on all four sides; ride right out of camp into the forest. Whether you enjoy horseback riding, hiking, fishing, hunting or just relaxing, come make your own memories at TK Ranch, LLC.
