This scenic group camping area accommodates up to 25 guests and is situated on Table Mountain among a variety of conifers, including Jeffrey pine. The campground offers excellent access to the South Fork of Bishop Creek, which is known for its bountiful trout fishing. Nearby glaciers and pristine lakes provide incredible scenery and outstanding wildlife viewing opportunities. The area is part of the White Mountain Ranger District, which features the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest, numerous 14,000-foot peaks, ancient glaciers, and access to the John Muir Wilderness with its exceptional hiking and horseback riding trails.
