McGee Creek RV Park & Campground is Mammoth Lakes' premier RV destination, located 10 miles south of town at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in the Inyo National Forest. The park offers creekside RV sites, tent camping, and a private cabin with stunning views overlooking Long Valley and Crowley Lake, with the Glass Mountains and White Mountains visible in the distance. McGee Creek, the largest creek in the Eastern Sierra, flows through the property, providing excellent fishing opportunities for native Browns, Cutthroats, and stocked Rainbow trout. The park features full and partial hookup RV sites, rustic tent sites, hot showers, clean restrooms, a fenced dog park, fish cleaning station, and stocked U-Ketch-Em trout ponds open late May through early September. Conveniently located off Highway 395, the park serves as an ideal basecamp for exploring the Eastern Sierra's abundant outdoor adventures including hiking, mountain biking, skiing, horseback riding, and ATV trails.
