The parks cater to travelers passing through to the Rocky Mountains, visiting family, or working temporarily, emphasizing comfort, order, and peace of mind over long-term residents. Both locations also offer indoor and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and enclosed trailers, plus climate-controlled storage for household items. The parks are big rig friendly and conveniently located just 1 mile west of Walmart on Highway 14.
