Sterling RV Park and The Landing are two RV park locations in Sterling, Colorado, offering a quiet, level, and safe place to stay for travelers passing through or working temporarily in the area. Located on Highway 14 just west of Walmart, both parks feature full hookup sites with 50, 30, and 20 amp electric service, water, sewer, and WiFi. The original Sterling RV Park location opened in 2015 with 6 back-in sites, followed by 6 pull-through sites in 2020. The Landing, opened in June 2022, offers 9 pull-through spots and 5 large back-in sites, all big rig friendly. Both parks cater to travelers who value comfort, order, and peace of mind, welcoming short-term visitors rather than long-term residents. The parks also offer indoor and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and enclosed trailers, as well as climate-controlled storage for household items. Please note that neither location offers bathrooms or shower facilities.
