Smuggler's Den Campground is a third-generation, family-owned campground located on Mount Desert Island in Southwest Harbor, Maine, offering over 100 sites for tents, pop-ups, campers, RVs, and weekly rentals. Situated within walking distance to many of Acadia's hiking trails and a short drive to the island's best attractions, the campground provides an ideal base for exploring the region. Guests can choose from shaded or sunny lots depending on their preference. The campground features a heated pool and kiddie pool, clean bathrooms with free hot showers, a large playground, and a recreation area with various games and activities.
