It's located near Chico, Lake Oroville, and Downtown Paradise, with easy access to nature trails, wildlife, water sports, and breathtaking views. The park has full hookups, 50-amp electricity, sewer, and water, and can accommodate trailers up to 50 feet in length. The average space size is 850 square feet, and parking is available on site. The park is open to tenants on a case-by-case basis, and electricity is purchased directly from PG&E.
