If you are looking for a friendly, peaceful RV Park with scenic beauty, fishing, and hiking with exceptional personal service, located on the edge of the beautiful Hill Country, the Republic of Texas Campground welcomes you and your family. Our campground is located at 17404 Highway 16, approximately 7 miles south of Comanche, TX 76442, 35 miles northwest of Hamilton, TX, and 27 miles north of Goldthwaite, TX. The park is still under construction and some amenities may not be available, if you have any questions about amenities that are available then please contact the office at: (254)979-9773. This campground currently offers 26 spacious sites, 12 of which are pull-through. Included in these sites are both 30- and 50-amp hookups, water, sewage, WIFI, gorgeous sunrises, and sunsets. Other amenities include a pet area, children’s playground, fishing, hiking, picnic areas, fire rings, a full kitchen available for special events (located in the office), detached bathroom and shower facilities, outdoor and indoor TV, communal area with smoker, and outdoor games. Enjoy the quiet beauty of central Texas at our beautiful campground. While you'll have plenty of time to relax and take in nature with your friends and family, you also have plenty of fun attractions to visit and spend time on during your stay. Perfect place to make memories! We celebrated Hayleigh’s 10th Birthday at Republic of Texas Campground with family. Friendly folks and a beautiful place! We enjoyed ping pong, corn hole, playground, great bbq, and a warm fire. Community bathrooms are super clean and no trash was to be seen! A unique campground surrounded by beautiful country scenery. We’ll be back for sure!
