Nolichucky Gorge Campground & Cabins is a privately owned campground surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest. Located just off the Appalachian Trail along the Nolichucky River Gorge, it offers gorgeous views at the base of Unaka Mountain. The campground provides hot showers and restrooms for all guests, as well as Wi-Fi access near the office. Visitors can camp in tents under the stars or stay in a cabin with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area offers thousands of wilderness acres and eight miles of class three to class four whitewater rapids. The campground welcomes everyone, including families, fishermen, and paddlers, and is open year-round.
