About

Cape Ann Camp Site is a family-owned and operated campground located 30 miles northeast of Boston in the historic fishing village of Gloucester, Massachusetts. Established in 1949, the campground was uniquely built around nature rather than over it, resulting in over 200 individual wooded sites, each with its own character. The campground caters to all camping styles, offering full hookup RV sites with water views as well as shaded tent sites. Every site includes a ready-made fireplace and picnic table, and the facility features six toilet and shower buildings plus a small campsite store. Wi-Fi is available on all hookup sites and some non-hookup sites. Gloucester is America's Oldest Fishing Port and the Whale Watch Capital of the World, offering visitors access to beautiful white-sand beaches, shopping in nearby Rockport, harbor boat trips, antique shops, and attractions in Salem. The campground is pet-friendly and operates seasonally from May 15th through Columbus Day.
