Campground of the Rockies (CORA) is a private RV Ranch membership park located on Highway 285 south of Fairplay, Colorado, in Park County. Situated in the heart of the beautiful South Park Valley at elevations ranging from 9,000 to 9,700 feet, the 600-acre property offers stunning views of the surrounding Rocky Mountain ranges. The campground is governed as a Colorado HOA with membership limited to lot owners who acquire legal title to their campsites through General Warranty Deed and Title Insurance. Located 101 miles from downtown Denver and 83 miles from Colorado Springs, CORA provides convenient access to outdoor recreation and nearby communities. The facility features extensive recreational amenities including a lodge, bathhouse, heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, baseball diamond, horseshoes, hiking paths, and horse corral. Antero Reservoir across the highway offers excellent fishing opportunities, and free limited WiFi is available at many campsites and the clubhouse.
