Byrd's Branch Campground is located in the foothills of Elkin, North Carolina, offering a relaxing getaway for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The campground features 14 RV sites and 4 tent sites nestled along a flowing creek that runs throughout the property. Back-in sites are situated up to the creek with large, shaded backyard areas and fire pits, while pull-through sites are wide and spacious to accommodate large rigs with an adjacent open play area featuring cornhole and a community fire pit. Tent sites are private and well-shaded, also along the creek. The property includes a 9-hole disc golf course, playground with tetherball and swings, and access to the Mountain-to-Sea Trail for hiking to Carter Falls and Grassy Creek Winery. The on-site Country Store offers camping supplies, ice, firewood, and gifts, with a clean bathhouse and laundry facilities. The campground is veteran-owned and operated, and provides easy access to Yadkin Valley Wine Country, hiking trails, and historic downtown Elkin.
