The Arcadia campground is available to the general public and is a perfect overnight stop on a multi-day river paddling trip. It’s located at 1800 Arcadia Rd., Buchanan, VA 24066. These 10 campsites can be rented by the general public with advanced reservations. Located on River Mile Marker 43.5. The campground is open from April to October, and advance reservations are required for all trips. Twin River Outfitters offers a range of services, including river trips, rentals, and more. The campground is a great base for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as tubing, day trips, and multi-day trips.
