Bowdish Lake Camping Area is a family-oriented campground located in West Glocester, Rhode Island, offering spacious and private campsites for a relaxing outdoor experience. The campground functions as a summertime community where families and friends can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors together. Throughout the summer season, a variety of planned activities are offered, including educational programs such as Animal World Experience, nature walks, and crafting classes, as well as recreational activities like flashlight tag, nerf wars, outdoor movies, ice cream socials, and pony rides. The facility features a beach recreation hall, playground, fishing opportunities, and various sports activities including horseshoes and dart tournaments. Free WiFi is available at the campground office and beach rec hall. Currently, the campground primarily accommodates seasonal campers and is not accepting short-term or tent camping reservations.
