Nestled within the pristine Huron River watershed, this secluded, rustic campground offers 21 tent and small trailer sites. Renowned for its trout and steelhead fishing, it's a haven for anglers and outdoor enthusiasts alike, providing easy access to hiking, hunting, and ORV trails. The campground is located 6.7 miles east of Skanee via Skanee and Erick roads. These rustic campgrounds offer stunning river and lakefront settings, perfect for fishing, boating, and paddling. No reservations are available, and sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Potable (drinking) water is available from a hand-pump well, and vault toilets are available. Overnight fees and registration procedures are posted at the information kiosk at each campground. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay, and one camping unit and six people are allowed per site.
