All Seasons Campground is an owner-occupied Condo Association located in Weare, NH. The park consists of 130 lots and is open 10 months of the year, closed during March and November. It is approximately 30 minutes west of Concord and 40 minutes north of Manchester. The campground offers direct access to NH snowmobile corridor trail 6 and ATV trails. It is a vibrant, active, family-oriented recreational community with many activities and events throughout the summer season. The campground features a rec hall, basketball court, horseshoes, a playground, and a large inground pool. The rec hall contains a kitchen, bathroom facilities with showers, coin-operated laundry, ping pong, pool tables, air hockey, and darts. Grills are available near the pool for common use. The lots/camps are individually owned, and prospective buyers must submit a background check application and receive approval from the Board of Directors. The campground is located at 194 Buckley Road, Weare, NH, and is easily accessible from the rest of New Hampshire.
