Located at the side of the Colorado river, but close to downtown Yuma, quiet and close to nature. There are large lots with plenty of space. Laundry on-site. 2 minutes walk to the private river access. Located on the front of levee road. 5 miles from Paradise Casino. 7 miles to Las Palmillas Shopping Center, Walmart, etc. The park is located right off Levee road, which is a gravel road that starts from the Paradise Casino. There is good fishing, kayaking, and bird watching along the Colorado River. Drive Jeep or ATV along the Levee Road to access miles of trails. A good place for snowbirds to enjoy the nature, yet be conveniently close to town! We offer daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal stay for RV. All sites are level and 30/50 Amp full hook-up with water/sewer/electricity. Free WiFI thru SpaceX. Laundry on-site.
