Yonah Mountain Campground is a locally owned and operated RV resort located in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, just 3.5 miles south of Helen and less than two hours from Atlanta. Situated at the foot of Yonah Mountain near the Chattahoochee River, this year-round facility offers a clean, well-maintained environment with both tent and full hookup RV sites featuring water, sewer, and 30 or 50 amp power connections. The campground features modern amenities including WiFi throughout, a clubhouse, swimming pool, picnic pavilion, bath house, and playground, making it pet-friendly and family-oriented. Guests can enjoy regular activities such as picnics, kids' activities, concerts, shuffleboard tournaments, and holiday events. The convenient location serves as an ideal home base for exploring the nearby Alpine Village of Helen with its German shops and famous Oktoberfest, the Chattahoochee National Forest, and numerous outdoor adventures including hiking to waterfalls, fishing, gold panning, horseback riding, and tubing on the Chattahoochee River.
