About
Wildridge RV Resort is a private membership organization of 709 leaseholders located near Patoka Lake in beautiful Southern Indiana. Each member purchases a 99-year lease with the option to renew. The Association is funded primarily by yearly membership dues assessed on each park owner. The association provides and maintains the common grounds which include a shower house, pool, day lodge, shelter house and playground area. Included with membership is 24-hour security, maintenance of the grounds and buildings, a full-time park manager and maintenance crew. Each lot is equipped with full sewer hookups and city water. The park also provides garbage service. All of the main roads are paved. Electricity is provided at each site although the park is working on a plan to move each member to their own electric meter.
