Whittier Parking and Campground offers supervised parking for vehicles and vessel trailers, along with a seasonal RV and tent campground, conveniently located in the heart of Whittier, Alaska. We are open seven days a week during the summer season, typically from mid-April through late October, with extended staffed hours. Seasonal opening and closing dates may vary depending on weather conditions. Our facility is located on Whittier Street across the railroad tracks, just a short walk from the small boat harbor, private marina, cruise dock, and day-cruise operations. We provide affordable, first-come, first-served parking and camping for fishermen, boaters, and visitors exploring Western Prince William Sound. No reservations are required, payment is made on arrival.
