Whispering Surf Campground at Bass Lake is the oldest privately-owned campground in Michigan, with a rich history dating back to 1911 when it was first used as an Episcopalian Choir Camp. Located in Pentwater, Michigan, the campground is nestled between the clear blue waters of Bass Lake and the white sands of Lake Michigan in the North Woods.
