Wagonwheel Lake is a steep trail that climbs to a small lake, offering an excellent workout. The trail lacks views and photo opportunities but makes up for it with its challenging terrain. Located on the Olympic Peninsula, the hike is approximately 5.8 miles roundtrip with an elevation gain of 3,200 feet. The highest point on the trail is 4,100 feet. The trail is currently closed due to the Bear Gulch Fire.
