Located in a valley at 2,000 feet above sea level near Bryson City, the campground sits alongside the beautiful state-stocked Panther Creek, which flows into Lake Fontana. Guests can fish for Rainbow, Brook, and Brown trout directly from their campsites or at the on-site trout pond. The remote setting provides an escape from city lights and highway noise, with only the sounds of the creek and crickets. The campground offers both traditional campsites and cozy cabin accommodations, along with amenities like hiking trails, a chapel for services, and evening campfires.
