The park is open all year long, with long-term leasing available only. Rates range from $800 to $950 per month, with some discounts available and summer-only premiums that may apply. Electric and cable/internet are not included in the rates, and tenants must subscribe to these services separately. The park offers a sense of community, with a year-round tenant base, and is professionally managed locally.
