There are no membership fees or dues because the Magic Circle is not a club or resort but a public camping area. Paid campers are allowed to stay according to their purchased pass from BLM. The area adheres to BLM rules and maintains family-friendly social standards. The community welcomes people of all ages, races, religions, political affiliations, and sexual orientations. Respectful behavior is essential to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. There are over 3 miles of hiking trails, clearly marked with rock borders. The Magic Circle is open for day use for people to enjoy nude sunbathing, hiking, biking, and any approved BLM activity free of charge. Overnight camping is limited to self-contained camping units (e.g., RVs with a permanently affixed 10-gallon or larger wastewater tank).
