The Colonies RV Travel Park & Country Store is a veteran-owned campground located at Fort Monroe National Monument in Hampton, Virginia. The park offers 14 full-service RV sites with 30/50 amp electrical connections and paved pads, plus nine additional sites with 30 amp power, electricity, and water. Tent camping sites are also available for both reservations and walk-ins. Nestled in a historic setting surrounded by water and pristine beaches, the campground provides a peaceful retreat with spacious sites surrounded by beautiful trees and serene landscapes. The park features comprehensive amenities including a 24-hour laundry facility, bicycle rentals, a clubhouse with full kitchen and TV room, an on-site country store stocked with gifts and RV supplies, and recreational facilities such as pickleball courts, volleyball, and cornhole. Pavilions are available for rent for special events including birthday parties, reunions, and weddings.
