Texan RV Park & Campus is situated on nearly 37 lush, green acres in beautiful East Texas, located 66 miles southeast of Dallas near the town of Athens. The park serves as a campus for the National RV Training Academy and provides accommodations for both students and guests. The peaceful setting features three small lakes with free catch-and-release fishing, walking paths, and abundant wildlife including ducks, Canadian geese, snowy egrets, blue herons, and golden eagles. The park offers a variety of accommodation options including full-hookup RV sites with 20/30/50 amp services, fully furnished cabins, tiny homes, and duplexes. Nearby attractions include the Hamburger Festival in September celebrating the invention of the hamburger, zip lines, local wines, outdoor adventures, and local history. On-site amenities include two Bark Parks for dogs and WiFi throughout the property.
