About

Taylor Creek Reservoir is a water storage facility constructed in the 1960s as a flood control and agricultural irrigation supply project. Deseret Ranches donated land as a flood easement to make this possible. The reservoir is used to irrigate a leased sod farming operation and is being developed to provide alternative water supplies for the Central Florida region. This project aims to increase water storage capacity and supply crops and local communities. Deseret Ranches is proud to be part of this historic private-public partnership in finding solutions for the region.
