Tannery Gulch Campground is located on the shores of Trinity Lake within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, California's largest national forest. The campground features four loops of sites shaded by a mix of conifer and deciduous trees, with three loops offering scenic lake views. Each site includes a paved parking spur, picnic table, and fire pit, with drinking water and flush toilets available throughout the facility. The campground sits at an elevation of 2,370 feet and is surrounded by the Trinity Alps, providing a stunning natural setting. Visitors can enjoy a wide range of recreational activities including boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, and hiking, with an on-site amphitheater offering educational programs during summer months.
