About
The Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest offers a wide range of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, climbing, and fishing. With over 6,000 miles of trails, 177 campgrounds, and eight Wilderness areas, there is something for everyone. The Enchantments, a rugged and unique landscape within the Alpine Lakes Wilderness, require overnight permits. The forest is divided into six Ranger Districts, and visitors can explore what their public lands have to offer by visiting one of these districts.
