About
Summit Lake is a Christian Retreat Center located near Emmitsburg, MD, just over the mountain from Mount Saint Mary’s University. It facilitates church and school groups of up to 350 for religious and educational retreats, summer camp, and outdoor education. The campus includes over 200 acres of hiking trails, playing fields, and other outdoor activities as well as an indoor gym.
