The property features a scenic pond (the "Play Pond") stocked with catfish, bluegill, bass, and crappie, along with a 5-acre mini lake. Guests can enjoy a variety of water activities including fishing, kayaking, swimming, and paddleboarding, as well as land-based recreation such as disc golf, zip-lining, and a water trampoline. The retreat also includes amenities like a grain bin kitchen/bar, pavilion, playground, hot tub cabana, and dock. Upcoming additions in February 2026 will include a restaurant, general store, laundry area, and shower room.
