Smoky Bear Campground & RV Park is a pet-friendly campground located in the northeast section of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, just 13 miles from Gatlinburg and 18 miles from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The park offers convenient access to popular park entrances at Greenbrier and Cosby. With 46 full-hookup RV sites, primitive tent sites, and six cabins, the facility caters to various camping preferences. Amenities include a clean, wheelchair-accessible bathhouse, laundry facilities, a clubhouse with full kitchen that seats 70 people, seasonal swimming pool and hot tub, playground, and a community fire pit area. The park features paved roads, concrete padded pull-through sites, and a helpful on-site store stocked with camping necessities, snacks, and souvenirs. All sites and cabins include picnic tables and fire rings, making it an ideal base for exploring the Great Smoky Mountains.
