About
Sky View Campground is a 6-acre recreational development project near Carter Lake, opening to reserved campers officially for the first time, on May 20, 2022. This exciting project is the first campground catering to large groups in Larimer County. Durable paved infrastructure will allow Larimer County Natural Resources to better serve the public, especially those individuals with limited mobility, and is a strategy for more efficient and effective long-term maintenance of the campground. The campground caters to groups looking to camp together for reunions, special occasions, and other events, and is designed to accommodate both RV and tent campers. It features a group pavilion, electric hook ups, water hydrants, restrooms, and communal fire rings.
