Natchaug State Forest – Eastford Silvermine Horse Camp offers horseback riding on miles of trails and other trail connections to James L. Goodwin State Forest and the Air Line Trail. The campsite is designed specifically for equestrian use and has 25 wooded camping sites with basic facilities, including pit toilets. Horse rentals are not available. The camp is located at 66 Pilfershire Rd. (Rte. 198) in Eastford, CT 06242, and can be contacted at 860-928-6121 or 860-424-3200.
