The campground serves as a base for adventures through the Northern Sand Hills of Nebraska, where visitors encounter six different ecosystems, waterfalls including Smith Falls (Nebraska's highest waterfall), and diverse wildlife. Sharp's Outfitters offers tubing, canoeing, and kayaking trips along with camping facilities.
