Scenic View Campground, also known as 'Bear Hollow', is nestled in the wooded area on the NW portion of its property off of South State Road 446. The 22-acre grounds are home to Scenic View Restaurant & Scenic View Lodge. The campground is high atop one of Southern Indiana's rolling hills, offering a unique scenic view. It's located just a couple of miles from Lake Monroe's Paynetown & Cutright State Recreation areas, and along the border of the Charles C. Deam Wilderness. Visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, and nature trails, as well as fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and boat rentals. The campground's seasonal camping season runs from April 1st through November 1st, with annual pricing available upon request. It has 40+ medium-sized RV sites with metered electric (30-Amp & 50-Amp connections available), water, and septic hookups. The campground is typically at 100% occupancy each season, but maintains a waitlist for new campers.
