Sandbridge Beachcomber's Bargain Lot 195 is an interior lot located near the entrance of the Resort, Clubhouse/pool area. This lot offers an 18'x50' concrete pad, full hookups (water/sewage/electric 20/30/50-amp), picnic table with shade, grassy yard area, and parking for 1-2 vehicles on pad depending on size of RV. Pets are welcomed! From lot 195, it is a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, Sandbridge Beach and Little Island Fishing Pier and Park. This lot is also close to the resort's boat ramp for Back Bay waters (great for Kayaking), children's playground, dog walk/pet waste station, Bath House #1 and laundry room. We are also fortunate to have Baja Restaurant, and Jose Tequilas Mexican Bar and Grill next door to satisfy your hunger.
