Salem Farms Campground is a family-owned and operated campground located on 157 beautiful acres in rural Salem, New London County, Connecticut. Operating since 1980, the campground is open from May 1st through Columbus Day Weekend and welcomes families and pets (with proof of rabies vaccination). Each site is approximately 40 x 50 feet with a minimum of 2000 square feet, and most RV sites feature 30 or 50 amp electrical hookups, water hookups, gray water receptacles, picnic tables, fire rings, and free cable TV. The campground offers both shady and open grassy sites to accommodate various camper sizes. Amenities include full restroom and shower facilities, laundry, an on-site snack bar and ice cream bar, RV supplies, firewood, ice, and staffed RV wash services. The campground has earned a 9.5 rating from Good Sam Club and offers discounts for first responders, military, and Good Sam Club members.
