This peaceful, rustic campground sits along the shoreline of Round Lake providing amazing views and good fishing opportunities. Visitors can also access the High Country Pathway for amazing hiking and backpacking opportunities. There are 10 sites for tent and small trailer use. The campground is located 14 miles east of Vanderbilt via Sturgeon Valley Road and Round Lake Road. These rustic campgrounds offer stunning river and lakefront settings, perfect for fishing, boating, and paddling. No reservations are available, and sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The campground has vault toilets, potable water, and no electrical hookups. Overnight fees and registration procedures are posted at the information kiosk at each campground. Camping is limited to a 15-day maximum stay, and one camping unit and six people are allowed per site.
