Rolling Oaks Campground is a family-owned and operated campground located 7 miles south of Sandwich, Illinois, right along the Fox River. Open seasonally from mid-April through mid-October, the park has been welcoming guests since 1969. The campground offers a variety of recreational activities including a playground, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and a maintained lake for swimming. During summer months, visitors can enjoy live music and dancing on Saturday evenings, farmers markets, cart rides, and special dinner events such as spaghetti suppers, corn boils, and pig roasts. The park features pull-through and back-in RV sites with 30/50 amp hookups, as well as tent camping options. Amenities include a dump station, propane exchange, firewood for sale, and an on-site snack bar. The nearby town of Sandwich provides additional shopping, dining, and laundry facilities.
