About
Rogers Bay Property Owners Association has been here since 1993. The Association does not sell, rent, or lease lots. One must approach an Owner for that purpose. We have three bathhouses, a swimming pool, picnic shelter and access to the beach is just across HWY 210. Parking for golf carts is provided across the street at the beach. Each site has electricity, sewer hook-up and city water. Owners pay a quarterly maintenance fee. Open year round.
