About
Rocky Point is a year-round campground located on the upper end of Fort Gibson Lake where Flat Rock Creek meets the main channel. The park offers 59 campsites with electric hookups, plus 3 additional canopy sites without hookups available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A designated swim beach, playground equipment, and one of the best boat ramps on Fort Gibson Lake make it an excellent destination for water recreation. The park features steep rocky bluffs on its eastern edge and thick wooded timber on the western side, with a calm cove ideal for mooring boats. Amenities include drinking water, flush and pit toilets, showers, 2 dump stations, and 3 boat ramps. The nearby Rocky Point Store provides convenient access to sandwiches, pizza, ice, fuel, and basic grocery and camping supplies.
