Riverside State Park consists of 9,194 acres along the Spokane and Little Spokane rivers. Recreational opportunities include hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, boating and more! The park features creek, field, forest, freshwater, lake, meadow, mountain view, river, seasonal wildflowers, viewpoint, wetland, and wildlife viewing. Hikers must always remain on established trails. The park has accessible campsites, automated pay station, accessible restrooms, drinking water, fire pit, park ranger station, recycling, restrooms, showers, trash service, ADA boat launch, boat ramp, dock, grill, kitchen shelter, picnic shelters, picnic tables, accessible parking, parking, trailer dump, interpretive opportunities, accessible trails, bike trails, equestrian trails, and hiking trails. The park has a summer and winter schedule with different hours of operation. Fees include the Discover pass, watercraft launch fee, trailer dump fee, and overnight unattended vehicle fee. The park offers a variety of activities such as biking, bird watching, boating, camping, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, interpretive and visitor centers, kayaking, long-distance trails, metal detecting, mountain biking, off-road-vehicle driving, paddleboarding, rock climbing, swimming, volunteer, winter activities, and winter camping.
