Riverbend Family Campground is a small, family-owned campground located in the heart of New Hampshire in Tamworth, conveniently situated minutes from Winnipesaukee and Ossipee Lakes, as well as smaller ponds and swimming holes. The campground offers a unique rustic camping experience with options ranging from traditional camping to glamping, welcoming tents, vans, pop-ups, and RVs. The area is rich with attractions including breweries, distilleries, creameries, live theater, farmers markets, and waterfall trails. All sites include a picnic table and fire pit or ring, and the campground features a fully stocked 24/7 bathhouse with free hot showers, basic WiFi throughout the park, and parking for one vehicle per site with additional parking available for boat or bike trailers at no extra cost. The campground was purchased by a family in 2019 and continues to be updated and expanded to provide guests with a relaxing mountain retreat.
