River Pines RV Resort is a private, gated community located a half hour east of Cincinnati along the Ohio River. Built in 1986, the resort consists of 216 individually owned RV sites and operates as a condominium association. Membership provides access to a stocked fishing lake, a three-story clubhouse with full bathrooms and showers, laundry facilities, a pool table, and an in-ground swimming pool. The park also features a pavilion, a boat ramp with direct access to the Ohio River, and a playground for kids. The park is seasonal from April 1st to November 1st, and each site is deeded property with taxes due to the county twice a year. Maintenance fees are due on March 1st of every year and cover common area maintenance, city water, sewage, and common area electric. Each unit has an electric meter, and owners pay the park for their electric usage. The resort hosts three owner meetings annually, with elections held in July of each year. Owners enjoy their time here with campfires, riding golf carts, and spending time with friends and family.
