Roanoke River Partners, Inc. was formed to support on-going efforts to develop and promote responsible nature and heritage tourism throughout our beautiful six-county region which borders the Roanoke River from our Virginia border to the Albemarle Sound. The Roanoke River region has joined forces with Outdoor NC to inspire stewardship in the area’s outdoor spaces. Together, we can protect nature and cultural heritage through Leave No Trace principles. We invite all to explore, enjoy, and help preserve the wild and storied trails along this great river.
